Atripack is a family business located in Upton, a town in the Montérégie area. Since it was established in 2000, it has packaged over a million litres of various vinegars (balsamic, red wine, white wine, cider, etc.).
In the past two years, Atripack’s Alain and Patrick Duran, two brothers who are passionate about their work and devoted to creativity, introduced a production line in order to process new, value-added products.
The company then began making gourmet vinegars based on fresh fruit pulp or homegrown Quebec specialties such as honey and maple syrup.
This led to the birth of the CAREZZA brand and its gourmet vinegars.
